Beta-i is a non-profit association was considered the biggest startup & entrepreneurship promoter in Europe by the European Enterprise Promotion Awards in 2014, and they did that through the creation of a great network of entrepreneurs and large startup gatherings in Portugal. Once again, Tiago Franco was part of one of their mentorship programs.

Our Ruby on Rails is a meeting point for the Ruby and Ruby on Rails community in London. These meetups focus on a different theme on each edition, and feature several speakers on rotation. They sometimes include live development and can require that the participants bring their own computers, in order for them to fully appreciate the event. Food, drinks and good vibes are also customary.
