AppTweak reached to Imaginary Cloud to refactor their application’s homepage dashboard and integrate the first usage of a new insight created by their Data Science team.
Result: Imaginary Cloud helped create an updated homepage dashboard which improved the loading time by 80%.

AppTweak is a mobile app analytics and optimization platform that helps app developers and marketers improve their app's visibility, user acquisition, and retention. In 2020, AppTweak raised $22 million in Series B funding to expand its platform and scale its team, led by Groupe Rossel and with participation from existing investors.
AppTweak's success was also recognized in 2021, as it was named the #1 App Store Optimization tool in the G2 Crowd Fall 2021 Grid Report for ASO Tools, highlighting its strong reputation and leadership in the ASO market.
More recently, the company launched new features including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), which provides insights on user behavior to optimize the app's conversion funnel and increase engagement, and App Store Ratings and Reviews Analysis, which helps users monitor and analyze their app's reviews and ratings across multiple app stores.
AppTweak partnered with Imaginary Cloud to refactor their app’s dashboard and integrate a new insight made available by their Data Science team. Imaginary Cloud’s role was to integrate their frontend team to help them achieve these goals.

Since the team who joined AppTweak was fully integrated into one of their squads, we followed the client’s own project management processes and rules.
TECHNOLOGIES used
The implementation was done using the React Framework and Typescript language.
The Redux library was used centralize the application’s state.
Redux-Saga was also used to more easily manage the application’s side effects (like asynchronous calls) and make them more efficient.
Since AppTweak was looking for high technical expertise to improve their platform, we followed the Team Extension working model, which included our product-oriented Frontend Developers. This way, we were able to provide AppTwek with a development team fit to their needs, able to fully integrated with their own team and processes.
Front-end Developers: Responsible for ensuring that the platform’s users can easily interact with it. They do this through the combination of design, technology and programming the platform’s appearance, as well as taking care of debugging.
This project delivered an in-depth understanding of the customer persona and their interaction with the service.
Updated homepage dashboard with an improved loading time and session time.
Implementation of a new onboarding flow that made the user’s onboarding at AppTweak quicker and more intuitive.
Introduced the integration of a new insight made by their Data Science in multiple parts of the tool.
