Confinze is a modern financial outsourcing company based in Denmark, that specializes in securing the financial foundation for SaaS startups, ranging from Pre-Seed to Series-A stage. They offer a range of expertise in areas such as bookkeeping, payroll administration, financial management, and financial partnering.
With their extensive experience in assisting and advising startup and scaleup companies, Confinze acts as "Interim CFOs" to provide valuable support. They understand the significance of maintaining control over the financial foundation and the potential consequences of neglecting it.
Having emerged from the Zibra Group, Confinze recognizes the value of having a trusted financial partner, offering insights into a company's performance across the past, present, and future.

Imaginary Cloud created a user-friendly platform that enables seamless financial control and provides precise, valuable insights for start-ups and fast-growing companies. The aim is for this platform to become a trustworthy source of information that will allow Founders, C-level employees and others to spend their energy and time running other divisions of the business.
Imaginary Cloud effectively delivered a publicly accessible website and a subscription-based web application, empowering Confinze's clients with convenient access to their financial information.
NEW PROJECT IN MIND? LET'S TALKduring the project
Imaginary Cloud followed a comprehensive approach by integrating both the Product Design Process (PDP) and the Agile Development Process (ADP). This allowed us to design a user-centered product that aligned with user goals, business requirements, and top-quality technical standards through a close collaboration between product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers to define and prioritize the necessary features that aligned with Confinze's project requirements.

TECHNOLOGIES used

To simplify API fetches and possible mutations.
To manage in-application state.
Used to fasten the iteration workflow.
To reduce development time while maintaining a good level of customization.
UI library with customizable charts in order to reduce development time.
Database to hold features needed information.
To simplify connection with a DB.
Used to create the application in real-time alongside REST APIs with Node.JS.

We implemented the Managed Project Working Model which involved developing the project entirely in-house, leveraging our battle-tested processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient execution. This end-to-end solution is particularly suited for companies without internal technical teams, providing them with a comprehensive and reliable development solution.
The team that worked with Confinze had a Project Manager who oversaw planning, coordination, and execution, managing timelines, resources, and objectives. A Project Tech Lead to guide the technical aspects, making crucial decisions and ensuring successful implementation. A Backend Developer to build and maintain the server-side infrastructure, database, and business logic for smooth functionality. And a designer to create an intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, considering user experience.
This project delivered an in-depth understanding of the customer persona and their interaction with the service.
User satisfaction resulted in a 85% retention rate.
