The client approached us in 2015 to create accounting and management software that helped users get more organised, with the goal of designing a comprehensive, mature product concept. We shaped it through our product design process.
Result: A product fully ready to implement, with a well-crafted plan and effort and cost estimation.

An accounting and task management software combines features of both accounting software and task management software. This type of software is designed to help businesses manage their financials and tasks in one central location.
Accounting features of the software typically include general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting. These features help businesses keep track of their financial transactions, expenses, and income, and generate reports that can be used for financial analysis and decision-making.
By combining accounting and task management features, this software provides businesses with a more comprehensive view of their operations, allowing them to better manage their finances and projects. It also eliminates the need for multiple software programs, making it easier and more cost-effective to manage business operations.
Their technology is easily deployed, low-cost, and secure (ISO27001). It treats each and every one of their clients’ employees as an individual, respects their existing knowledge and ensures they achieve and maintain competency in their specific job roles.


FluxPlan partnered with Imaginary Cloud to create an accountant and management software from scratch. Imaginary Cloud’s role was to design a comprehensive and mature product concept, so that the project could be funded. We helped with the requirements definition and produced the main interface mockups. In the end, we also provided a project implementation plan with milestones, effort and cost estimates

Since FluxPlan was looking to build an app from scratch, we followed the Managed Project working model, which included our product-oriented UX/UI Designers, Frontend and Backend Developers, and a Project Manager.
UX/UI Designers: Responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with the platform.
Frontend and Backend Developers: Responsible for ensuring that the platform’s users can easily interact with it. They do this through the combination of design, technology and programming the platform’s appearance, as well as taking care of debuggin
Project Manager: Drawing on experience in industries galore, our Project Manager defined project requirements and outline the scope of the future app.
This project delivered an in-depth understanding of the customer persona and their interaction with the service.
