About this project
NotaryCam's website wasn't aligned with its user experience (UX) goals, so the owner challenged us to deliver clean, trustworthy visuals and the most intuitive UX possible. We delivered it through our product design process.
Result: The new look and feel and UX enabled NotaryCam to generate 1 million notarisation transactions.

With more than 30 years of experience in the US market, NotaryCam set out to bring notary workflows to the digital world, allowing clients to get documents legally notarized online.
With a customer satisfaction of 99.8%, NotaryCam has facilitated transactions for Fortune 500 companies, banks, mortgage lenders, attorneys, settlement agents, and more across 145 different countries.
NotaryCam partnered with Imaginary Cloud to:
• Redesign the landing page and improve the look & feel of the website, in order to showcase the information in a clearer way;
• Communicate the up-to-date/digital nature of the service.

It was crucial that our team was able to align the user goals with the user journey and the brand’s look & feel; for this, we implemented our proprietary Product Design Process to ensure a user-centered experience that worked seamlessly. It consisted of 4 stages:
TECHNOLOGIES used
The platform was already built on WordPress, however in order to achieve a nicer front-end with low technical debt, key elements using React.js components were delivered.
We followed our Specialized Squad model, which provides a complete set of resources to deliver an end-to-end solution.
UX/UI Designers: Responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of all user experiences when interacting with the platform.
Front-end Developers: Responsible for ensuring that the platform’s users can easily interact with it. They do this through the combination of design, technology, and programming the platform’s appearance, as well as taking care of debugging.
Project Manager: Define project requirements and outline the scope of a future web app. After that, they provide a high-level project plan and give the client rough time estimates.
This project delivered an in-depth understanding of the customer persona and their interaction with the service.
