We followed the Agile Development Process (ADP) in order to prioritize flexibility, collaboration, and customer feedback. This process involved breaking the project into smaller, manageable parts called iterations or sprints, during which the team worked collaboratively to design, build, test, and deliver a functional piece of the product. The Agile process encourages continuous adaptation, with regular stakeholder feedback driving the evolution of the product.

Since TrustPortal was looking for high technical expertise to build their app, we followed the Managed Project working model, which included our product-oriented Project Manager, Frontend and Backend Developers.
Front-end Developers: Responsible for ensuring that the platform’s users can easily interact with it. They do this through the combination of design, technology, and programming the platform’s appearance, as well as taking care of debugging.
Back-end Developers: Responsible for the server-side of web applications. They work on the server, databases, and application logic, ensuring that the frontend (what users interact with) functions smoothly.
Quality Assurance Specialists: Ensured unparalleled software quality through both automated and manual testing techniques to detect and resolve issues early, guaranteeing that the final product is reliable and high-performing.
