About this project
Elephants Don't Forget (EDF) partnered with Imaginary Cloud to improve the user experience (UX) of its business platform, their key customer touchpoint, bringing the look and feel to more modern standards and expectations. We delivered it through our product design process.
Result: EDF retained 95% of their clients and helped them reach performance levels of 86%.

EDF provides a business platform that augments how each employee learns, retains and evidences in-role knowledge, all powered by Artificial Intelligence.
Used in more than 40 countries and in 14 languages, EDF’s renowned clients use their AI to land genuine employee compliance in regulated markets, reduce operational risk and improve employee productivity.
Their technology is easily deployed, low-cost, and secure (ISO27001). It treats each and every one of their clients’ employees as an individual, respects their existing knowledge and ensures they achieve and maintain competency in their specific job roles.
Imaginary Cloud’s role was to bring the look & feel of the platform to more modern standards through a comprehensive design and implementation.

It was crucial that our team was able to align the user goals with the user journey and the brand’s look & feel; for this, we implemented our proprietary Product Design Process to ensure a truly user-centered experience that worked seamlessly. It consisted of 4 stages.
TECHNOLOGIES used
The implementation was done through React front-end language.
AmCharts were also used as it was one the client’s requirements.
Redux was also used as there was existing knowledge of the framework.
For user interface (UI) consistency across the project, we used MUI which enabled flexibility to achieve the final designs.
Since EDF was looking for high technical expertise to improve their platform, we followed the Dedicated Team working model, which included our product-oriented UX/UI Designers and Frontend Developers. This way, we were able to provide EDF with a development team fit to their needs, able to work independently, and fully integrated with their own team and processes.
