Swiss Side is an industry-leading cycling brand known for its aerodynamic expertise, advanced engineering, and optimisation technologies. They serve professional athletes, cycling enthusiasts, and performance-focused consumers worldwide.
With a reputation for combining scientific precision with premium product design, Swiss Side provides not only cutting-edge cycling equipment but also powerful digital tools that enable athletes to maximise performance through data-driven insights.

Imaginary Cloud partnered with Swiss Side to redesign their B2C platform with a focus on enhancing the user experience, ensuring visual consistency, and aligning the platform’s digital presence with their high-performance brand.
Our work began with a comprehensive UX audit to evaluate usability issues and visual inconsistencies. This included competitive benchmarking to compare the platform’s performance against industry standards. Based on the findings, we developed a structured roadmap for redesign priorities.
Our role included:
• Conducting a UX audit to identify usability gaps and inconsistencies.
• Creating personas and benchmarks to base design decisions on real user behaviour.
• Designing a style guide to unify the visual language and support scalability.
• Refining GUI screens for all key platform features (Pacing Optimisation, Equipment Optimisation, Tools, Results).
• Producing PDF-ready exports from Figma for seamless developer handover.
• Structuring feedback loops with Swiss Side’s team to ensure timely iteration and alignment with business goals.
