User persona

A user persona is a fictional representation of a target user or customer group, based on research and data. User personas help design and development teams better understand and empathize with their audience, tailoring products and services to meet specific user needs and preferences.

For example, in the development of an e-commerce platform, user personas might include profiles like "Frequent Shopper Sally" and "Budget-Conscious Bob." These personas guide decisions on layout, features, and marketing approaches to appeal to these different user types.
